Here's our content in-brief:
Let's get right into it!
Stables is a fantasy horse racing game based on NFT technology, created by Pari Mutuel Urbain (PMU), Europe's leading horse betting company.
The team behind Stables consists of Web3 experts and advisors, talented game designers, and horse racing experts. Their goal is to create a unique experience for players, by bringing the beauty and intensity of horse races into the Web3 world.
All the members of the team have been fully doxxed, which gives the Stables project transparency and legitimacy, qualities that are much-needed and sought by users when it comes to an NFT game of this type.
It's not every day that you see horse racing integrated with NFTs. So how exactly does Stables turn this vision into reality?
Each NFT (non-fungible token) in the Stables game represents a 3D-rendered real-life French racing horse, also known as a digital twin. Living on the Tezos network, a popular and secure blockchain 10 times faster than Bitcoin or Ethereum, Stables NFTs will be available for minting starting the Q1 of 2023, with a whitelist already open on the Stables official website for anyone interested in joining the project.
Owning a Stables NFT or a digital horse will grant the user access to earning rewards within the game, as well as other benefits such as premium live experiences related to their real-life horse correspondent. Aside from being able to compete against each other in the Fantasy Game to earn rewards, Stables NFT owners can improve their horses' abilities through training and preparation, similar to how that process works in real life.
Establishing conditions for the horse races in Stables is done by using racetrack data and statistics based on the real-world horses on which the NFTs are based, to ensure the fairness of the game.
Regardless of the abilities of each virtual horse, the races will ultimately depend on the strategy and decisions of each player participating in the Fantasy Game. Virtual horses with higher stats and abilities will have a better chance to win races. However, as it happens in real life, any of the participating horses can win at the end of a race, if the right strategy is used.
Sounds exciting? The first thing you need to do if you want to participate in the Stables NFT drop, which will take place in the first quarter of 2023, is to join the whitelist on the Stables website.
This will put you on the waiting list for the NFT private sale, which will be using the Tezos (XTZ) cryptocurrency for payments, so make sure you have a Tezos-compatible wallet ready for this task, such as Kukai, Temple wallet, or AirGap. An alpha phase version of the Fantasy Game will be released by the Stables development team soon after the NFT drop. Each player will be able to mint up to 2 NFTs per wallet, but the exact numbers of tokens and the price hasn't been announced yet, so make sure you keep an eye on Stables' social media accounts if you are interested in this very interesting Web3 project.
Stables will be having a booth at the 2023 NFT Paris Conference.
We're excited about their innovative display at the event, and you're sure to find out more about what they do and their ambitious roadmap for 2023.
