It's official: Doodles is coming to NFT Paris 2023.
Chief Executive Officer of Doodles, Julian Holguin, will be speaking IRL at NFT Paris.

Let's jump straight into this exciting partnership!
Doodles is a 10K PFP NFT project, with colorful graphic-style avatars and a cheery vibe. Founded about a year ago, the team behind Doodles has grown from three co-founders, to many more employees, and two additions to the core team. We'll get to that in a bit.
While Doodles was originally founded on the premise of "bringing joy to the world", or at least to its viewers, they have long moved beyond that.
Doodles have had great merch drops, organized IRL activities (SXSW and NFT NYC), and even created a community treasury to fund great ideas. It's called the "Doodlebank", and is partially funded from royalties on sales.
The team behind Doodles is also working on building their ecosystem, with projects such as:
- Space Doodles: A companion to Doodles, made from 200+ randomized audio-visual traits. Unique smart contract system which allows holders to only have a Space Doodle/ OG Doodle at a time (no "NEW" NFT collection)
- Doodles 2: A new collection coming to Doodles, with the intention of allowing holders to customize traits and put on wearables on their Doodle2.
It seems like Doodles has made a ton of progress over the last year. But how exactly did they get to this point, and what steps have they made to establish a strong brand identity?
For starters, adding members to the core-team is a step in the right direction for Doodles.
Besides the three co-founders, Burnt Toast (illustrator), Tulip (branding), and Poopie (product), the team was joined by former Billboard President Julian Holguin as CEO this May, and Pharrell Williams as Chief Brand Officer in June.
In case you haven't a clue about our guest from Doodles, Mr. Holguin, here's a bit on him. Julian was president at Billboard (Music Entertainment Company) before joining Doodles, and managed at places like MRC Studios and NBC Universal. Safe to say, he's helping connect Doodles to the Music space, pushing their brand mass market in the process.
Shortly after Julian, Doodles recruited Pharrell Williams as their Chief Branding Officer, who was (and still is) a rapper and music producer. He's a legendary music artiste, with his greatest music video "Happy" garnering over 1 BILLION views on YouTube! Pharrell will be helping grow Doodles as a brand, and is also working on an album featuring Doodles NFTs.
On top of this, Doodles has also been increasing their IRL presence by attending popular NFT events. For SXSW, Doodles partnered with VT Pro Design to turn a warehouse into a Doodle-themed event-haus; with stunning interior visuals, a place for arts and crafts, NFT galleries, etc. This helped foster the community of Doodles IRL, and solidifies their brand identity.
As such, Doodles has been able to hold up among the top 10 NFT projects. They have a total volume of over 115K ETH, and Doodles NFTs sit at a floor price of around 8 ETH at the time of writing. The highest Doodle was sold for nearly 300 ETH (over $1 million!) back in January this year... that's crazy!
