During my intensive seven-year tenure in computer science, I delved deeply into the realms of distributed systems and automated machine learning. My pivotal research period was spent at the prestigious CCNT x GaTech’s CERCS lab at Zhejiang University, where I assumed the role of team leader for the Glaucus system—an avant-garde platform designed to innovate auto machine learning processes. This role not only honed my technical acumen but also fortified my leadership skills. Despite the honor of a Ph.D. offer from Georgia Tech’s CERCS Lab, I elected to transition directly into the tech industry to apply my theoretical knowledge to practical challenges.

After obtaining my master’s degree in computer science, with a concentration in deep learning from Zhejiang University, I joined Microsoft’s Azure team. There, I focused on integrating cutting-edge technologies into cloud-based solutions, reinforcing the foundations of scalable, robust systems.

In 2019, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a vision to redefine technology boundaries, I co-founded Crust Network. As CTO for five years, I led the creation of the largest decentralized storage network in the Polkadot ecosystem, pioneering innovations that challenged conventional storage paradigms.

In 2023, I launched MagnetAI as CEO, with a mission to pioneer the world’s first ModelFi protocol. At MagnetAI, we are committed to sculpting a new AI economy that champions accessibility and collaborative development. This initiative is more than a business—it’s a manifesto for democratizing AI technology, inspired by a steadfast belief in continuous entrepreneurship and transformative leadership.
