I've been operating in the developer relations space as a program manager, both on the technical and partnership side. Exploring several different programs and roles in this space has enabled me to gain a complete understanding of how a developer relations team can properly serve both enterprise and indie-level developers.

Lately, I've specialized in content strategy, specifically in the developer documentation space. I have also developed and maintained community programs that focused on gathering and processing high-quality product feedback, scaling marketing comms and content, scaling end-user support, and generally building trust with the broader community.
